Description
While it doesn’t rotate onto the tongue, the MB 43LP instead sits solidly across the bars and lips of the horse’s mouth. It has a narrower port than a typical Level 3, but still offers room for the horse’s tongue to pass under the bit. Since the port is narrow, the horse will feel a slight pressure on the outside edges of the tongue — a gentle reminder rather than a strong reprimand when the reins are engaged. It is available in two standard sizes, which are 5″ and 5.5″.
