Our primary goals for our bits is to encourage a relaxed state for your horse and to control their shoulders.
Years of research have gone into our products to ensure the Myler biting system is perfectly tailored to the equine mouth.
The bit is a communication tool, and to effectively communicate with your horse, he must be relaxed. If your horse is resistant, he is not effectively receiving your message and needs a different bit which lets him relax.

Tongue Relief
The Myler Bitting System is based on the concept of tongue relief offering varying levels.
Independent Side Movement
The barrel in the center acts as a bushing allowing each side of the bit to move independently of the other.
Curved Mouthpiece
Myler mouthpieces have a distinctive curve that creates more room for the tongue to pass under the bit.
Mouthpiece Thickness
Most Myler mouthpieces are 7/16" thick which allows the bit to fit more comfortably in the horse's mouth.
